1. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Whether you are supporting your team from the host country or from across the globe, we aim to deliver your gear wherever you are. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

2. Processing Times

  • Standard Items: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Personalized Items: Orders containing customized jerseys or personalized gear require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days. Costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Express Shipping Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days. Costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may affect the final arrival date.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The FIFA Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

6. Damages and Issues

The FIFA Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Delivery Failures

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
